Fresh Peach and Blueberry Muffins

It was the most perfect summer day complete with picking pounds and pounds of blackberries off the vine, fresh peaches, peach soft serve and clear sunny skies.  Other than eating almost as many blackberries as we picked, which is really saying something as it was literally a basket full, the next best part of the day was the discovery of the most delicious fruity muffin recipe. Tourist Tip: For anyone in Charlottesville, this amazing blackberry place is right across from Blue Mountain Brewery off of 151. Weekday Breakfast Round up

As I went through my week this week I realized how different my breakfast’s can be week to week, totally based off of how organized I am and what I’m in the mood for. What rarely happens though- is for me not to eat breakfast because I am one of those people who wakes up hungry and, I LOVE breakfast food. Apple “Crack” Crisp

Fall is in full swing and one of the best parts of the season is anything and everything apple!  Well, pumpkin too but that’s another post. Enter the best apple crisp I’ve ever had, made or been in the presence of. Hence the name ” crack” crisp.  I know I sound like I’m over selling it but Adam’s exact words were ” this is the best apple crisp I’ve ever eaten.” As a very picky crisp eater- I’m taking his word for it.
